Sandy Hessler Appointed Executive Director

The board of directors of Habitat for Humanity is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandy Hessler to the position of Executive Director.  Sandy will begin her service on April 9.

Sandy brings to Habitat more than 20 years of leadership, marketing and entrepreneurial experience with companies and nonprofit organizations.  Sandy most recently served as Assistant Dean and Director of the Office of Career Advancement at Harvard Kennedy School and has served as an adjunct professor at universities including Tufts University and Miami University of Ohio.  She started her career in brand management at Procter & Gamble and went on to co-found Imagitas, a public-private marketing services company.  Sandy has always been highly involved with charitable organizations, primarily in the human services sector.  Locally she serves on the boards of the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole and the Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Club, and she is an active volunteer with CLIMB Wyoming.  She has five children, three of whom are in the Jackson school system.
