| Habitat for Humanity Requirements: |

Refer to the home as the "Company/Organization/Church Home" |
|
Press Releases (radio, newspapers, television) at: Contract Signing and House Dedication |
|
Company/Organization banner displayed on home until dedication. |
|
Blow-up copy of donation check displayed in the Habitat for Humanity ReStore for at least one year. |
|
One-Half page newspaper thank you ad in each weekly paper upon request. |

Donor may request to remain anonymous or decline any of the above HFH requirements. |

The House Sponsor may not in any circumstance be a part of selecting the family to live in the home. House Sponsorship does not give any advantage or preferential treatment to an applicant from any given organization. |

Under no circumstance may a monetary donation to Habitat for Humanity be used to satisfy local development laws and/or development requirements. |
|
Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors maintain the right to accept/decline house sponsors on a case by case basis. |
