Get Inspired!
Each July, Habitat hosts the Dream Builder’s Breakfast, our major fundraising event of the year.  It is an amazing opportunity to learn about Habitat’s work in Teton County and in Mexico. Habitat partner families tell our guests their personal stories about how Habitat homeownership profoundly impacts their lives.
Guests learn about the impact every donation has on Habitat’s ability to construct simple, decent, affordable homes in partnership with Teton County families in need.  Because Habitat principles do not allow government funds to be used for housing construction, the generous donations we receive from individuals and business at the Dream Builder’s Breakfast profoundly affect our ability to build.
Habitat would like to tremendously thank everyone that attended the 2010 Dream Builder’s Breakfast for their generosity. Your donations will make a tremendous contribution as we begin building our next group of homes on Hall Street in East Jackson.
We also cannot fully express our gratitude to the Lynn and Foster Friess Family Foundation. The Friess Family generously provided matching funds for Dream Builder’s Breakfast donations made in 2007, 2008, and 2009.  Loyal Habitat supporters, the Friess Family’s donations are motivated by Matthew 25:30-43. “When you do it for the least of our brothers, you have done it for me.”
The Dream Builder’s Society
Habitat would also like to tremendously thank the members of the Dream Builders Society. The Dream Builders Society consists of those donors who make 3- year pledges of at least $1,000 per year. Their long-term generosity helps Habitat plan its future activities and helps ensure our stability.  While all multi-year commitments are greatly appreciated, the Dream Builder’s society has these giving levels:
- Lay the Foundation – $1,000 per year for 5 years
- Raise the Roof – $10,000 per year for 5 years
- Adopt a Family – $25,000 per year for 5 years
