About ReStore’s Used Building Materials

ReStore typically offers building materials in good condition using these guidelines: full and half sheets of sheet material (sheet rock, homasote, etc). Pipes and similar materials must be at least four (4) feet long. Building materials are free of rot/rust, nails, and screws. Only complete cabinets with all drawers and doors are accepted. Items are free of rot and in usable condition. In some cases, the building materials are new and get donated from projects where the contractor or construction crew no longer needed them. Doors are in good overall condition and do not have rot, cracks, or separations. Hollow-core doors are only accepted with jams and any screens are free of rips.
