Jared Duckstein grew up spending summers on construction sites, starting out by sweeping floors at a young age and developing an early appreciation for hard work, teamwork, and craftsmanship. He went on to graduate from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business with a BBA in Finance and Economics. After college, Jared moved to Jackson with his now wife, arriving with no job and no place to live. What was meant to be a one-year adventure has since become nearly a decade of building both a career and a life in the community. Since 2018, Jared has served as President and Partner of Ridgeline Operations, where he oversees construction projects and leads teams across Jackson and the greater Yellowstone region. His portfolio includes both custom residential homes and large-scale luxury commercial projects. In addition to his role at Ridgeline, Jared also directs a private real estate investment portfolio, applying strategic financial management and market insight to steward long-term growth and value creation. A few years into living in Jackson, Jared experienced housing insecurity firsthand. That experience deepened his commitment to affordable housing and gave him a personal connection to Habitat for Humanity’s mission. Today, he is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area, where he applies both his construction knowledge and business acumen to help advance housing solutions that create stability and opportunity for others in the valley.
