Dawn Pruett
President
Dawn Pruett serves as President of Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area Board of Directors, where she has been a committed board member for nearly a decade. In this role, she leads the board’s strategic efforts to expand affordable housing opportunities and support long-term sustainability for the organization. Drawing on more than 25 years of executive leadership in community banking, Dawn brings deep experience in governance, strategic planning, and community development. Dawn is also the CEO, President, and Founder of Integra BG LLC, a Wyoming-based banking group currently in the process of acquiring a community bank charter. Her work is focused on establishing a locally owned and locally led financial institution in a market historically dominated by large regional and national banks — bringing back relationship-based banking and community-rooted decision-making. In addition to her work with Habitat, Dawn also serves as Board Chairwoman of the Community Safety Network, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Her leadership in both organizations reflects a strong commitment to building safe, stable, and inclusive communities across Teton County.

Elizabeth Long
Vice President
Elizabeth (Liz) is a Birmingham, Alabama native and earned her BA in Philosophy from the University of Georgia. After graduating, she moved to Wyoming, where she quickly fell in love with the mountain west and the Jackson community. Her passion for the region inspired her to return to the University of Georgia to pursue a law degree focused on land use and environmental issues. Liz quickly returned to Jackson and now serves as the Vice President at the Jackson Hole Land Trust where she has worked since 2012. Liz’s legal background, particularly in real property and land use issues, along with her considerable experience in the nonprofit sector, brings valuable insight to the Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area Board of Directors. Her skills support the organization’s mission through thoughtful guidance on policy, land use, and community development. In her free time, Liz enjoys exploring the wild spaces of Wyoming and sharing them with her two kids, husband, and pup.

William Fausone
Treasurer
William (Bill) is an advisor to Colliers International in Chicago with more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. With a strong background in capital markets and development, Bill continues to support a select number of corporate accounts, providing strategic guidance on high-impact initiatives. Bill holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan. Beyond professional work, Bill is committed to community engagement. Bill serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area. Bill was a former board member and sponsor of Link Unlimited Scholars, helping expand educational and leadership opportunities for Black youth.

Alden Wood Faust
Secretary
Alden Wood Faust grew up in Wyoming and Colorado, inspired by her photographer father and designer mother to pursue visual storytelling. She studied film and video production at Occidental College in Los Angeles and has worked with major companies like MTV, VH1, FOX, and Teton Gravity Research across the country. Since moving to Jackson in 2004, she founded Tower 3 Productions in 2010 and became an FAA-certified drone pilot in 2021. Her creative expertise in storytelling, production, and media brings a unique and valuable perspective to the Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area Board of Directors, where she contributes to strengthening community outreach and engagement.

Joe Amdor
Board Member
Joe Amdor is a sales professional with over 20 years of experience successfully managing sales, operations, and client relationships across diverse industries including commercial banking, real estate, collegiate and professional sports, private club management and private wealth management. Joe holds an MBA in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University and a BS in Athletic Training from Buena Vista University. Joe's strong background in relationship management, strategic planning and real estate brings valuable perspective to Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area Board of Directors and supports the organization's mission to create affordable housing and strengthen the local community.

Tony Cross
Board Member
Tony Cross is the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Jackson Hole Airport. He has 30 years of experience in Human Resources, including HR management (U.S. and international), employee relations, global HRIS management, policy development, organizational development, compensation, recruiting and benefits. He has worked for non-profits, technology companies, and a global structured finance company where he interfaced with HR professionals in 32 different countries. Tony was born in Detroit, grew up in Manhattan, and lived in San Francisco for 18 years before moving to Wyoming in 2013. He is also a lifelong musician, beginning his violin studies at age 4. Outside of work, Tony is a volunteer Advocate at Community Safety Network, a Jackson-based nonprofit that supports people affected by domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. He also currently serves as a member of the Wyoming Workforce Development Council and the WAM-JPIC Health Insurance Plan Board of Directors.

Jared Duckstein
Board Member
Jared Duckstein grew up spending summers on construction sites, starting out by sweeping floors at a young age and developing an early appreciation for hard work, teamwork, and craftsmanship. He went on to graduate from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business with a BBA in Finance and Economics. After college, Jared moved to Jackson with his now wife, arriving with no job and no place to live. What was meant to be a one-year adventure has since become nearly a decade of building both a career and a life in the community. Since 2018, Jared has served as President and Partner of Ridgeline Operations, where he oversees construction projects and leads teams across Jackson and the greater Yellowstone region. His portfolio includes both custom residential homes and large-scale luxury commercial projects. In addition to his role at Ridgeline, Jared also directs a private real estate investment portfolio, applying strategic financial management and market insight to steward long-term growth and value creation. A few years into living in Jackson, Jared experienced housing insecurity firsthand. That experience deepened his commitment to affordable housing and gave him a personal connection to Habitat for Humanity’s mission. Today, he is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area, where he applies both his construction knowledge and business acumen to help advance housing solutions that create stability and opportunity for others in the valley. In his free time, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, getting outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, or snowboarding in the Tetons.

Elizabeth Ferguson
Board Member
Elizabeth Ferguson is a Senior Project Manager based in Jackson, Wyoming, where she guides clients through the full building process. She brings a deep passion for turning ideas into homes and values the transformation each project represents. Before joining New West, Elizabeth spent five years working with Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area, contributing to meaningful community-driven housing efforts. Now serving as a member of the Teton Habitat Board of Directors, her professional skills and firsthand experience in affordable housing make her an invaluable asset to the organization. Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Environmental Sociology from the University of Cincinnati and has called Jackson home since 2016.

Christina Feuz
Board Member
Christina is a dynamic business leader and fundraiser who brings passion and purpose to every project she supports. Since opening Wyoming Title & Escrow in 2003, she has diligently used her business development skills to bring her company to the premier status of title and escrow industry in the region. For over 20 years she has used her talents in business, fundraising, and public speaking to drive lasting community impact in Teton County. Currently, she helps lead strategy and growth for the local Young Life organization as a board member inspired by their mission to bring faith and purpose into the lives of the teens in our community. Christina’s deep commitment to service extends to her work with Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area, where she has played a key role in fundraising and future project development to help create affordable housing in one of the nation’s most expensive areas. Her experience, leadership, and community-focused mindset make her a valuable asset to the Teton Habitat Board of Directors.

Susan Finch Moore
Board Member
Susan is a seasoned consultant and legal counsel with deep expertise in global project finance, particularly in the energy, infrastructure, and transportation sectors. Her recent work includes advising minority- and women-owned startups, evaluating renewable energy investments in Africa, and supporting nonprofits and legal teams on international matters. She previously served as Counsel at Latham & Watkins in Washington, D.C. and New York, where she led complex finance transactions across the globe. Susan brings strategic insight, legal acumen, and a strong commitment to equitable development to her role on the Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area Board of Directors. She holds a B.A. in Politics and East Asian Studies, magna cum laude, from Princeton University, and a J.D. with distinction from Stanford Law School, where she received the Montgomery Citation for Public Service.

Jake Lamarine
Board Member
Jake serves as the Market President at First Western Trust, where he supports clients throughout the Mountain West with tailored financial solutions. With nearly two decades of experience in private and commercial banking, Jake brings a deep understanding of custom lending, investment strategy, and relationship management. His background includes leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, First Republic Bank, and Bank of Jackson Hole, along with early-career experience in civil engineering. Jake’s financial expertise and strategic perspective are valuable assets to the Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area (Teton Habitat) Board of Directors, where he serves as a current board member. A long-time Jackson Hole resident and community leader, Jake is passionate about supporting affordable housing solutions in the region he and his family call home.

Patty Lummis
Board Member
Patty Lummis moved to Jackson in 2006. As a dedicated community member, she has used her skills in sales and marketing as she volunteered, raised funds, and planned events for many local non-profit organizations including Jackson Hole Youth Soccer and the Jackson Cupboard. She has been a member and held leadership positions on the boards of Center for the Arts and Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area. While Board Chair of Habitat, she launched the first successful capital campaign that resulted in 24 affordable homes. She has re-joined the board of Habitat for Humanity to continue the development of stable, secure and affordable housing for community members. Patty is also a board member of CLIMB Wyoming. Patty enjoys hiking, biking and skiing in the Tetons. She and her husband John also enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Amanda Mohnk
Board Member
Amanda is a member of the executive team at Willow Street, where she leads the Client Services team and provides strategic oversight to Relationship Managers, while also working closely with client families. With nearly 15 years of experience in client services, business development, and operations at institutions such as Bridger Trust Company and Bank of Jackson Hole, she brings a deep understanding of fiduciary and trust services. Amanda holds both the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) and Trust & Estates Practitioner (TEP) designations. Since moving to Jackson in 2021, she has become actively involved in the community, serving on the board of Girls Actively Participating (GAP!) and on the Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area (Teton Habitat) Board of Directors. Her leadership, financial expertise, and dedication to service make her a strong contributor to Habitat’s mission of building affordable housing in the Greater Teton Area.

Estela Torres
Board Member
Estela is a long-time valley resident, originally from the Chicago area. She is currently retired and serving the community in multiple volunteer services including Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area, Access to Justice, Jackson Cupboard and Teton Literacy. Prior to retiring, Estela worked as a nonprofit professional experienced in the human services environment. Being bilingual and bicultural, she concentrated her work to immigrant support for the Latino limited English proficiency population. She has been an affordable housing advocate for many years and served a five-year term on the Jackson Teton County Housing Authority Board. She loves spending time with her family in Seattle. Pastime activities include salsa dancing, hiking, biking, cross country skiing and going to Jackson Lake.

Kris Greenville

Kris was named Executive Director of Teton Habitat in September of 2019. Previously, he worked as Operations Manager for NOLS, the job that brought him to Wyoming from the San Francisco Bay Area. Kris was Vice President of the Pacific Pension and Investment Institute from 2007 – 2017. He has also held management roles with the American Red Cross and the YMCA. Kris has served on the boards of the Lander Cycling Club and the Bighorn Sheep Restoration Group. He enjoys biking, climbing, and spending time outdoors with his partner, Gena, and his dog, Axel.

Jason Bruni
Jason joined the Habitat team in September 2022. His favorite aspect of Teton Habitat is the mission to bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope. When not at work, you can find him mountain biking, fishing, or skiing with his son, occasionally paragliding, or going for family walks.

Sonia Diaz
Sonia originally joined Teton Habitat back in 2016. Her love for both being of service and Habitat’s mission led her back in 2023 as the program's Homeowner Services Manager. Her favorite aspect of Habitat is working alongside the future partner homebuyers through their journey in becoming first time homeowners. Sonia is originally from California and has called Wyoming home since 2012. She is fluent in Spanish. When not at work, you can find her cooking, hiking with her dachshund Chili, and spending time with her loved ones.

Jose Garcia-Bedolla
Jose joined Teton Habitat in November 2023, combining his enthusiasm for community involvement with his academic achievements. He holds a Marketing degree with a minor in Statistics, which he completed in May 2022. In his free time, Jose enjoys attending live concerts, volunteering locally, and spending time with family and friends. These passions reflect his dedication to creating meaningful connections and contributing to the community around him.

Eva Gottschalk
Eva joined Teton Habitat in April 2023. Born in Czechoslovakia, she graduated with a master’s degree from the University of Economics in Prague. She has 12 years of banking and finance experience. Eva is very excited to be part of an organization which is deeply rooted in local community with many opportunities to come. She has been lucky to call Jackson Hole her home since 2009 – enjoying our great outdoors in all seasons with her husband, two kids, and rescue dog, Buddy.

Hannah Greene
Hannah joined Teton Habitat in June of 2024. Prior to joining the Habitat team, Hannah spent 12.5 years as the Human Resources Manager at an estate planning law firm in Jackson. Born in Colorado and raised in South Carolina, Hannah graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in English. After graduating in 2007, she moved to Wyoming to enjoy life in the mountains. Hannah is excited to be part of an organization that believes in building affordable homes to better the lives of individuals and break the generational barriers presented by the lack of sustainable housing. When not at work, Hannah enjoys hiking, skiing and adventuring with her husband, Dick, and their adopted cat Kramer.

Lisa O'Neill
Lisa O’Neill grew up in Park City, Utah, and studied Pre-Medicine at the University of Utah. Following her passion for rock climbing, she spent years traveling between Yosemite, Colorado, and Las Vegas, where she lived for over a decade. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, Lisa transitioned to accounting after moving to Jackson, Wyoming. She is currently working as a Finance Manager while completing her bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the University of Wyoming, with plans to pursue her CPA certification. When she’s not working or studying, Lisa enjoys skiing, climbing, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her two young daughters. She brings her organizational skills and enthusiasm for community to Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area.

Peter joined the team in July 2016. As construction manager, Peter is responsible for overall supervision and planning of everything related to the construction activities of this Habitat affiliate. Peter’s favorite thing about Habitat is being a member of a team of committed people doing good work for a great cause. When not working, Peter likes to take advantage of the wild and beautiful outdoors. Contact Peter about donating your materials or skilled labor to our home build sites.

Tobias Johannson

Tobias joined Teton Habitat as Construction Site Supervisor in October 2022. As a former outdoor guide and seasonal worker, he has long been passionate about creating affordable housing for the workforce in mountain towns. He has a Master’s in civil engineering from his native Sweden, enjoys the hands-on nature of carpentry and working on-site with volunteers. Tobias is a backcountry snowboarder, scuba diver, climber, surfer, whitewater kayaker, and raft guide who focuses on spending the majority of his time outdoors with his family.

Michael Matczak
Construction Lead
Michael joined Teton Habitat in May 2024. Growing up in a Navy family, he lived in Rhode Island, Washington, and Hawaii before attending Saint Michael’s College, where he studied Psychology. Prior to joining Habitat, Michael worked seasonally as a bartender and caddy, splitting his time between Nantucket and Jackson. Michael values the encouraging, team-oriented environment that Habitat provides for its volunteers and staff. In his free time, Michael enjoys skiing, fly-fishing, hiking, and dirt biking.

Alec Mogielnicki
Construction Lead
Alec joined Teton Habitat in July 2024. Originally from Williston, Vermont, Alec holds a Bachelor's degree in Building and Construction Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His journey with Habitat began during his high school years when he volunteered with Habitat AmeriCorps in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Driven by a passion for affordable housing and a desire to hone his construction skills, Alec brings enthusiasm and expertise to Teton Habitat. Outside of work, you’ll often find him skiing or exploring Jackson’s stunning landscapes.

Qwintavius White
Construction Lead
Q moved to Jackson in April 2016 from Atlanta by way of Athens and started working as a cook at Signal Mountain Resort. In May of 2023, Q joined the Habitat Construction Team as way to give back to the community and learn a new trade. Q is a self-described rainbow of fluctuations; his clouds have a silver lining of family love that a human cannot forget. If you stumble on to Q in the engaging town of Jackson, he’ll be hanging out with loved ones and his beloved partner.

Nicole was born and raised in Utah but has called Wyoming home since 2019. She started working with Habitat for Humanity in April of 2021. Nicole’s career has been mostly based in the medical field, but she always felt the desire to make a bigger difference in the world and has found that opportunity with Teton Habitat. Her favorite thing about working with Habitat for Humanity is the people and the desire she shares with them to make a difference in the world. When not working, Nicole can be found spending time with her boyfriend, riding motorcycles and snowmobiles, cooking, and enjoying the beauty the world has to offer.

Charley Baumgartner
Charley joined Teton Habitat in January 2025, bringing enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting the organization's mission. Originally from eastern Idaho, he relocated to Jackson in 2019, drawn to the area's vibrant community and opportunities growth. Charley has a deep appreciation for high-end designer brands, a passion for horror films, and a love for Harley-Davidson. Charley is excited to be part of the Teton Habitat team and looks forward to making a meaningful impact through his contributions.

Marcela Badillo
ReStore Associate
Marcela is originally from Tlaxcala, Mexico and moved to Jackson in 2002. She joined the Habitat ReStore team in October 2023 and feels blessed and grateful to be part of the Teton Habitat family. She has an associate degree as a Home Visitor Educator. She is a cofounder and an event planner for the Voices Jackson Hole program. Marcela is also a member of the Equity Task Force in Teton County. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her family. Her hobbies are creating crafts and volunteering for different organizations. Marcela feels very grateful to God for being part of this beautiful community and for all the blessings she has received.

Nate Phillips
ReStore Associate
Nate was born in Utah, and raised most of his life in the Wyoming Rockies. Nate lives in Star Valley and takes every opportunity to enjoy the mountains and forests around him. Nate has worked in the ReStore since 2015! To Nate, the best thing about being part of the Habitat for Humanity team is working for a cause he believes in, and being able to watch results happen in person. When not at Habitat for Humanity, Nate spends his time watching cartoons and anime, playing on his computer, and spending time outside. His hobbies include painting Dungeons and Dragons miniatures, learning history, target practice, and camping.

Edith Vazquez
ReStore Associate
Edith came to Jackson for the first time in December 2005 and loves the nature scene it offers. She is from the smallest state of Mexico, Tlaxcala, a place with many traditions and gastronomy, for which she enjoys. She likes spending time with her family, especially her son, and enjoys listening to what he has to say. Edith appreciates being part of a team who work marvelously.
