Leadership Transition at Teton Habitat:
A New Chapter of Growth

Teton Habitat is entering an exciting new phase. With the recent approval of the Northern South Park Master Site Plan – a considerable step in addressing Jackson Hole’s housing challenges – we’re evolving our leadership structure to match this momentum with strength and vision.

As part of this strategic transition, long-time Executive Director Kris Greenville will move into a newly created role as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Kris will continue to lead our construction program and internal operations, with a strong focus on advancing the Northern South Park development. His continued presence ensures operational continuity and the guidance of his deep experience.

At the same time, we are launching a search for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of growth. This planned leadership evolution reflects our commitment to building more homes, faster and more efficiently – while expanding our impact throughout the region.

We’re Hiring: Join Us as Our Next CEO

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for community impact? Teton Habitat is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with strong fundraising experience, strategic vision, and financial leadership to guide our growing organization.

The CEO will work in close partnership with our experienced COO and Board of Directors to lead innovative affordable housing efforts, secure funding, and scale our mission. This is an opportunity to drive transformative change in one of the most beautiful – and housing-challenged – regions in the country.

Interested candidates should send a resume and cover letter outlining their qualifications and vision for the role to jobs@tetonhabitat.org. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Teton Habitat is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
